Refund requirements
All returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria below, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund, minus the restocking fee as indicated below. If the products are returned not in resaleable condition there may be additional fees. If the period of 30 days has elapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
$25 restocking fee for the Package Deal. (dolly and lift)

Shipping items:
To start the return process, contact us at sales@letsroll.store to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to place in each package. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
Repackaging: it is ideal to return them in their original packaging, bubble wrap and all, so that they are returned in premium condition, not scratched. If any item is damaged or scratched, additional fees will be applied as indicated.

Returns are to be shipped to: Let’s Roll Store, 21555 Melrose Ave Ste 3, Southfield MI 48075. Please ask us for an RMA form and return labels to help reduce costs. We will deduct the shipping from your return.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs in regard to the items that you wish to return. You will not be refunded the shipping costs from the initial order either.
